The Team

After receiving his Civil Engineering degree from Ryerson University, Marko Dzeletovich formed Marzel Construction Ltd., with the aim to put customer service back into the construction industry. Continuing with his service-oriented approach, Marko formed Coldbox Builders which specializes in the design and construction of cold storage and food processing facilities.

Marko makes himself directly available to his clients whatever their inquiry may be, the essential factor in being your single point of contact. In addition to managing the Coldbox portfolio of projects, Marko also handles new business inquires.

In the construction industry for over 23 years, Libero Patriarca understands that a successful project isn't just about steel and concrete; it's about communication. Managing the day to day on-site operations, Libero takes a detail-oriented approach to both his clients and his sub-contractors. This ensures that his high standards of quality are delivered on time, and on budget.
