Beechgrove Country Foods   www.beechgrovefoods.com Coldbox Builders have had a long standing relationship with Beechgrove Country Foods. Initially chosen to complete a 22,000 Sq.Ft. CFIA addition onto the original building, Coldbox Builders were selected to complete the construction of a 6,000 Sq.Ft. second floor with 7,000 Sq.Ft. of production space below it. The project entailed an additional 2,500 Sq.Ft. of retro fitting to existing sections of the facility. Throughout the construction phase of this project Beechgrove’s daily production and shipping schedules went on uninterrupted.
	Pizza Pizza www.pizzapizza.ca Coldbox Builders continues provide General Contracting as well as Design Build services with various alterations and additions to Pizza Pizza's Commissary facilities from site improvements to building additions, since 2003.
	Elite Meat   www.dandsmeats.com Needing to expand the capacity of their processing floor and cold storage capacity, Elite Meat (formerly D&S Meats) teamed up with Coldbox Builders. The project involved adding a 6,000 Sq.Ft. CFIA certified addition to their production area and 4,000 Sq.Ft. retrofit to their existing facility and offices. Production and shipping schedules were maintained without interruption throughout the construction phase of this project.
	CanAm Meats   www.canammeats.com Coldbox Builders was chosen to construct a 10,000 Sq.Ft. Cold Storage addition to Canam’s existing Cold Storage Facility. The addition included a CFIA inspection room enabling Canam to import meats directly to this facility. Shipping and staging went completely uninterrupted throughout the construction phase of this project.
	McRae Cold Storage   Needing to more than double in size and in a very short time, McRae Cold Storage purchased an existing industrial building choosing Coldbox Builders to retro-fit it into a 42,000 Sq.Ft. CFIA certified cold storage facility.
